Dinner – Tired Wife’s TexMex Tacos


Trader Joe’s Pulled Chicken Breast (in BBQ sauce) with grilled veggies (onions & peppers), carrots & shredded string cheese on a small corn tortilla with fresh squeezed lime. Add slow-cooked pot beans (in a crock pot) with turkey bacon and red peppers for an awesome touch.


Super yummy and good for you! Quinoa… 3 eggs (over medium)… and a little Rooster Sauce. Killer and quick for a late dinner or brunch. Wash it down with a Hanger 24 Amarillo Pale Ale for total perfection.
